IMPORTANT NOTICE JULY 2024: At the beginning of the global pandemic and during initial phases of the political unrest in Myanmar, Project Kalay provided direct donations to enhance food security for many children directly impacted. Sadly, the severity of the ongoing political unrest has made it impossible to continue our work in Myanmar at this time. We ARE EVALUATING IF?WHEN WE MIGHT return. We are currently evaluating alternate APPROACHES AND programs that support childrenS health. Please check back to this site for more updates.

Since 2017, we have been a tax exempt charity under IRS Code 501(c)3 allowing us to accept tax-deductible donations from US donors.
The Orphanage functions as a school. Our initiatives supported health education into the curriculum.
